Ultimately, we are looking for a talented and well-rounded Account Manager for our interactive client base to work in a collaborative and agile work environment. We value a well rounded experience set along with a strong business acumen and subsequent desire for achieving meaningful results. Having a working knowledge of user-interface design of web applications is obviously helpful, but more importantly the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Last but not least, one must have an insatiable thirst for attaining and sharing the latest and greatest information with others, because we share a lot!

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher preferred
• Experience: 2 - 5 years of interactive experience with an agency or equivalent
• Ability to cultivate long term client relationships
• Knowledge, Passion, and Enthusiasm for interactive technologies
• Ensure client campaigns, reports, and projects are meeting goals and objectives
• Responsible for ensuring high quality of work delivered
• Stay current with interactive trends and identify potential opportunities for clients
• Ability to lead focused, goal oriented meetings with team and clients respectively
• Proactive in creating stellar client experiences and education during the project life cycle
• Creates strong morale and spirit within the team, shares wins and successes, fosters ownership of work and defines goal achievement/success for team.
