lifeBLUE Media founders, Phillip Blackmon and Russel Dubree, have been involved with online business development since the late 90s.
They first began developing web sites for family friends and associates. After discovering the key aspects to developing a quality online presence, Phillip and Russel began developing and growing their own successful online businesses. Several years and successful websites later, they began to see a gap in the industry.
“We saw a lot of bad websites out there. It seemed everyone believed that having a website online was all you need, hoping that it would be the next big thing. On the flip side, it seemed every web development company’s sole purpose was to grow big enough to only service six figure projects. We focus on the right solution for our clients, and in this industry, we think there is room to accommodate all aspects of the market,” says Russel.
Using Phillip’s experience in the web development and marketing fields, and Russel’s strong management and business background, they felt it was time to take their combined expertise to the playing field. Using their previous successes on their own sites and lessons learned from the industry, they formed the parent company of lifeBLUE Media known as Teneo Design.
Today lifeBLUE Media services hundreds of clients in all aspects of the web from development, marketing, consulting, and more. lifeBLUE retains over one third of its client base for ongoing development and marketing both online and off. lifeBLUE uses the power of the web to create dynamic and workable solutions for all types of businesses.
Phillip states, “Many of our clients are only looking for just a website. We combine our expertise with what they are trying to do, and help them develop solutions that are going to last and further enhance their business growth. We stress the power of the web for both internal and external (consumer) solutions. Our team is constantly developing and implementing new concepts for clients who understand what it takes to expand and seek to continually develop their business. It is truly a win-win situation for everyone involved.”
